Mike R. – Lead Technician

Mike has been running duct cleaning crews in Las Vegas for over eleven years, the last six of them with Kestrel. He’s our go-to guy for complicated layouts, older homes, and systems where original ductwork has been patched and rerouted so many times it takes a minute to map what’s actually above the ceiling. Mike is certified on all three of our core machines, the Rotobrush rotary brush system, the Nikro negative-pressure units, and Abatement Technologies HEPA filtration, and he’s the one who signs off on new techs before they run a job solo. When he’s not on a ladder, Mike rebuilds old motorcycles in his garage. He says it’s the same kind of patience, just with more grease.

Sarah T. – Senior Installer

Sarah joined Kestrel four years ago after spending seven years doing HVAC installation and retrofit work across the valley. That background matters because she’s the one who notices when a duct cleaning uncovers a bigger issue, a crushed return, a disconnected branch line, a dryer vent that was never properly routed to begin with. She’s meticulous about sealing access points and leaving a job site cleaner than she found it, which is a Kingswell Way requirement, not a suggestion. Sarah is also our lead on dryer vent work, and she’ll talk you through exactly what she’s doing if you want to watch. Outside work, she coaches youth soccer in Henderson and has two kids who think her job is “vacuuming houses.” Maybe that’s not far off.

Dan P. – Service Coordinator

Dan is the voice you’ll most likely hear first when you call (725) 210-0612. He’s been with the Kingswell family of companies since 2016 and knows the Las Vegas service area down to the block. Dan’s job is to listen to what’s going on in your home, ask the right questions, and book you a defined arrival window that actually works for your schedule. He’s the reason nobody gets a vague “we’ll be there sometime between 8 and 5.” Dan is also a walking encyclopedia of weird duct finds, from children’s toys to a wedding ring once recovered on a job in Summerlin. Ask him about it sometime. He’ll tell the story better than we can here.

Eric L. – Apprentice Technician

Eric is the newest member of the crew, six months in and already running support on full cleaning jobs under Mike’s supervision. Before joining Kestrel, Eric worked commercial maintenance for a property management company, so he’s no stranger to rooftops, mechanical rooms, or the unglamorous side of keeping air moving through a building. He’s currently training for certification on the Nikro negative-pressure equipment and learning the fine points of brush agitation, which is the part of the job where the debris actually gets loosened from the duct wall. In his off hours, Eric is an avid rock climber, which makes him the first guy we call when an access point is in an awkward spot.
